Esplanade....Life is boring without you.

Many people i spoke to were really pissed off by this event. Its a love and hate relationship, but it just boils down to not having any other choice. When you have no competition and have certain "influential" backing, you tend to become arrogant and undermining. Lets be gracious and forgiving. Thou shall not sink so low as to replicate what is inflicted upon you.



Bravo to this brave soul who have decided that justice must be served and reminded. However, "world class" facility will give you "world class" rebutal. Not happy? Too bad. What do you know about being "world class"?



In view of this incident, i had a stroke of inspiration. This is my first so please don't laugh. I know my english is bad. I will listen to gahman and learn english again from westerners like The British Council.

Ultraman, Don't kill our sparkle

You came out to stop the show
Not knowing boos & bottles will be thrown
"Ultraman" they called you so
You are only doing your job, we know

End on time so the US band can do their show

"An overlap in performance times would mean a clash in acoustics", the DO replied so
"We can understand her(your) frustration", he consoled
But he ends with a killer blow
"Perhaps the audience, in the spirit of a happy festival, could have been more forgiving", he actually wrote
Flaunting on how the audience has grown

Its an insult to the audience and the band, just to let you know
Your audience's satisfaction should be your major goal
I bet your artists wants it to be so
Instead of "Ultraman" stealing the show
Or sticking anally to schedule and being cold

Thus, i beg you to consider what's written below
Please give our local talents a chance to grow
And stop "Ultraman" from killing their sparkle

Ok, this will take a long time to download. My choice of best performance by a local band for Baybeats 2005, Concave Scream. This is their main set and their encore, which the MC got reprimanded by "Ultraman" for giving the go ahead. Warning!
