Let's bid goodbye to the old Newton. One last rendezvous.

It's so sad that things that are not broken are being fixed. Its like a neutered dog, losing its personality and character after the operation. I guess the same will happen to Newton. No more table no. 79 - 82. We'll have to remember new numbers. It might not be as near to the toilet as before. It might be total sheltered and we can no longer see the trees, moon or stars and feel the natural cool breeze. Things will be different from now on. The only constant in life is change. We can only treasure what we have now, enjoy it & appreciate it, make memories out of it. The old newton will always be with us in our memories. Let's gather on Friday to mark the last night of Newton, our one last rendezvous with the great and bad times we had there. Say goodbye to a quiet and humble friend who has always been there for you and me whenever we need company, solace, silence or inspiration. And lets promise him that no matter how he change, we will always love him and be there for him, just like he has been there for us for the last decade. In good time and bad times...
Just a note on my previous post.
Hell week seems like a movie script to me now, after some thought to it. From the start there was a build up of the characters to a high point, with LocalBarBoy gig on wednesday being the highest. Then the story just crashes down and became a rollercoaster ride from Thursday to Saturday. Sunday,as the ending ,was excellent, with good times spent with a guardian angel and a resolution with the main character.
Thanks for the company and lessons you taught me.
